ArchivedThe SIMILARITIES and DIFFERENCES(Islam V.S. Christianity)I've always wondered who was the first one to say that getting angry was a sin. As the bible says, "BE ANGRY, AND {yet} DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger" (Ephesians 4:26). Jesus was angry for a just reason. The people were using the temple as a marketing place, robbing people of their money by selling them offerings. Jesus said, "This is a house of worship, but you have made it a den of theifs." Where is the sin? Doesn't God get angry? Aren't the people who do not accept God going to feel His wrath at the end? Oh, and God does lose His temper. As you read in the Torah(Exodus 32:14), God actually repents to Moses for thinking about killing the people of Isreal. He lost His temper and got mad for righteousness sake. That is not a sin. Besides, sin does not apply to God(Jesus) anyway, it is applied to the ungodly(us). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm not sure if Muhamed has ever killed anyone. But if he has, he can repent. Their is one sin though, that is the unforgivable sin, which Muhammed has committed, which is denying Jesus as Savior. |
