Fornication And Adultery is a Sin!Ok, so I just got done sinning...The Cleric wrote:Alpha wrote:The Cleric wrote:The Bible also says pi = 3. So I guess we can't take a literal interpretation, can we.
It's easier to believe in the spiritual realm than to believe the Bible says pi=3. What's next, you're going to tell me the Bible tells us the height of the Sears tower and the number of windows it has?
The Bible, 1 Kings 7:23 wrote:23 And he made a molten sea, ten cubits from the one brim to the other: it was round all about, and his height was five cubits: and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about.
I rest my point. Literal interpretation is not possible.
How do you know that the brim was not an extension from the interior of the bowl? Even if you do take this passage literally, it still doesn't prove that the Bible says pi=3.

What PROOF do you have of that?
Spiritual things cannot be proven carnally. Therefore, "the burden is on you" to prove that the brain controls the will, seeing that the brain is a physical thing.
