The Times estimates of 200,000 Muslims leaving Islam is pure guesswork. The paper purely said:
One estimate suggests that as many as 15 per cent of Muslims in Western societies have lost their faith, which would mean that in Britain there are about 200,000 apostates.
What estimate? From which source? Was there really a survey? Kai Haghard even make it sound as if these 'conversion' was to Christianity. While the Paper did say some converted to Christianity, to say that 'many' of them went the other way is inaccurate.
Conversion from one religion to another is never a smooth transition. You can also read articles of Christians converting to Christianity being harrassed, if not by their families and friends, by their community.
