Science, Creation & EvolutionJudicial edict mandates evolutionI disagree. Sensitivity has nothing to do with it. As I said, eyewitness testimony is unreliable and the revisionists claim they have evidence. I AM NOT SAYING AT ALL THAT I AGREE WITH THEM!!!!! I am saying that they believe they have a valid position and they deserve to be heard. Just like the anti-darwinists. Historians balk at their claims. Just as geologists, physicists, and biologists balk at the claims of anti-darwinists. Look at what has happened in Dover, where School Board mandated statements are being read by administrators. Do you know what they do if asked questions about the Designer? They say 'ask your parents.' That is all that ID has to offer. Creationism offers the same. As such, the stickers are irrelevant. No, I don't know it. That is evolution, whether you want it to be or not. In a sense, you are correct, and if we were still advocating the teaching of strict darwiniam evolution, you would have a point. But unlike creation science and IDism, which will never change regardless of evidence, the ToE has grown and changed to encompass new findings. And, of course, not all interpretations are equally valid. |
