Just because it says he, does not mean it is a man. God refers to groups of people as if they were one person many times in the bible. Yet, if you weigh what is said in light of other scripture, with God's guidance, truth is surely exposed. Now, there is no mention in the verse you qouted about an anti-christ, yet you assume it is talking about the Anti-christ, when no scripture that uses the term, denotes it as being a man. Now, John authored both as inspired, and it is not a mistake that he didn't say anti-christ my friend.
Also, this is called a beast and no where else is any man or king refered to as a beast, only nations or multitudes, so why would God throw in one inconsistentcy, when He is not the author of confusion. Isreal is referred to an her, but it is many peoples, ten tribes to be exact. And it calls the other two tribes Judah, though it also has Benjamites in it. Friend, pray about this... I'd rather you take God's word than my own.
