1. Occam's razor is the shortest distance, not necessarily the only logical or right path. It is simply the path one tries first.
2. Job, arguably the oldest book to be completed in the Old Testament, states the following:
Can you bind the beautiful Pleiades?
Can you loose the cords of Orion?
Job 38:31
3. Genesis gives archaeological and internal evidence of being actual eyewitness accounts (a good article on this is here: http://www.ldolphin.org/tablethy.html
Exodus through Deuteronomy were written during the time in the desert. Joshua was written during the time of conquering and settling Israel and all the other books -- the vast majority of them -- of the OT, were written after settling in Israel. Thus, the idea that the OT was written by nomads is a farce perpetuated by those who would like to try to discount the Bible, as you are trying to do.
4. You twisted my words when, among other places, you accused me of calling science inherently twisted and evil. I said no such thing. In fact I defined true science as following the data. That can hardly be construed as twisted and evil!
