I know there are such articles, and the entire basis of evolutionary biology is to try to show how that information can be obtained by the cell.
The most basic argument that can be used, however, is to simply ask the person involved if he really thinks proto-bacteria contained all the information needed for a human being. If not, then information needed to be added, eh?
It is also important to distinguish between stochastic (random) information and useful information. Useful information means the cell understands what is going on genetically and can react positively to it, thus allowing evolution to continue. This is unknown entirely in genetics, cellular biology, etc. Stochastic information merely means the addition of genetic components via duplication, random mutation, etc., which means nothing or is harmful to the operation of the cell. Downs Syndrome and others like it shows this kind of 'added information.' The result is deleterious.
Therefore evolutionists must show that useful information was added, and it would be very helpful to the rest of us doubters if they mentioned how and when as well!
