Science, Creation & Evolutiona little origins humorActually, the closer they get to quarks. The point is, that you can't have it both ways, both relying on scientests to bring god closer, and at the same time complaining about them churning out a revised theory "each week" (which is off by 2085 times, if you are talking about his reference to quarks), while using silly names like "quarks" and "glitch", even though the physicists are trying to describe something qualitatively in one word. You can tell this person doesn't even know what he is talking about: Electrons are subatomic particles so how can scientests claim to find subatomic particles after discovering electrons? Didn't they already discover them? Why is the pool of water not frozen? Can 20 baizilliion years be expressed in scientific notation? Why does this swan not asphyxiate? If the swan was so large as to swallow enough water to create all of the galaxies, why does it not collapse in on itself because of it's own gravitational pull? That's the reason why this analogy is absolutely rediculous. If anyone is to blame for Ray Orrock's complete ignorance regarding scientific matters, it is himself, and not the physicists. |
