We have this "passing the blame" problem all over again!
Adam blamed Eve, Eve blamed the serpent...
Women blame men for their lack of self-control, men blame women for dressing provocatively.
Some women, well actually a LOT of women use their sexuality, their smooth, curved body to gain power over a man.
Likewise, some men will twist the words of the Bible to gain power over women.
Some women (I admit to being one of them), just don't get how the male mind works. I don't get aroused by seeing a man with his shirt off, I don't think many women do. So we just don't understand why men are aroused so easily. I don't find the sight of gay men kissing appealing, so why do men go so nuts when they see two girls kissing? Even so, you've explained a little bit to me, so I will think twice before wearing that particular skirt again if it really has that effect.
That article was spot on. Women wear what's in fashion. I went out a few weeks ago on a Saturday night and was absolutely horrified by the things that not some girls, but nearly all of them were wearing. So much flesh was exposed. I can't believe they actually felt comfortable wearing that stuff. A short skirt and a short top with folds of skin hanging over the skirt. Not only is it undignified but it looks pretty horrible anyway.
Another problem is the fact that women are convinced that in order for a man to find them attractive, they will have to look as 'feminine' as possible. There are so many other girls around, they feel the need to stand out. And boys are actually under pressure to view women as objects. They will sit there and discuss which girls they would most like to have sex with etc.
I was on holiday a while back and my step cousin was there. We are the same age, but whilst I am very small, flat-chested etc., her figure is much more 'curvy' and she has a tendency to show it off a bit more. As a result, she got a lot of hassle from the Spanish men. She was talking about it on the first day and I expected to get trouble too, but whilst a few men stared at me as I walked into the bar, I didn't get any trouble at all. (They're bound to stare though, as the women over there aren't normally allowed out of the house).
Another thing I was discussing with someone last week. Most of the girls were wearing cropped trousers because they just don't feel comfortable wearing girls shorts. For some reason, shorts for girls are so short, you might as well run around in your underwear.
I'm going to stop rambling now
