That really is a difficult question, it is up to the Lord to decide whether that person is in Hell or Heaven, whether He/She is saved or not.
If the person is saved according to the Lord then this is where this person dwells at this very moment.
2 Corinthians 5:6 - Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
2 Corinthians 5:8 - We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
If this person is not saved according to the Lord than this is where this person is at:
And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. Luke 16:22-25
The beggar is now in the Kingdom of God, when Jesus cried out"
It is finished" on the cross and descended into hades, He led those in Abrahams bosom to the Kingdom of God. And that is where the saved are as of now.
So that is the best I can answer, and as for the guy on the other forum, He'll just have to wait and see!
