Gerani, you haven't understood a word I've typed. Have you? Yes, by your definition of the word "love," you're positive that anyone who speaks out against anything that is an abomination to the Lord is "unloving" and "intolerant."
But I'm not going by your definition of love. I'm going by God's definition, which is much more perfect, much more holy, and much more pure than anyone else's definition.
I'll teach my children to love and respect other people. But I am not going to displease my Lord and Savior by telling my children, "You want to be gay? Be gay. Oh, by the way, spread the word that it's okay to do things that are contradictory to God's teachings. Who's stopping you?"
In other words, what's worse? Preventing a sleepwalker from falling off of a cliff, or allowing said sleepwalker to carry on and fall to their doom?
I'm going with Option B, and that is exactly what Christians are trying to prevent. We don't want you or anyone else to "sleepwalk" their way through life, and then "wake up" and realize that they've been cast away from God.
One day, Gerani, you are going to stand before the Lord. He is not going to care about your arguments. He's not even going to listen to them. He is a just God, and He will judge you accordingly. This is something we can all expect.
So stop allowing Satan to deceive you, and start waking up! Because pretty soon, it'll be too late.
