Some Christians believe that Jesus is G*D ,if so ,when Jesus -directly- spoke to his disciples they should have been addressed as "Prophets"
It seems that out of the 13 ( Jesus & his disciples) ,the only one that was called a Prophet was Jesus himself..in..
Luke 13:33
Matthew 13:57
Mark 6:4
Luke 4:24
John4:43
Matthew 14:5
Matthew 21:11
Matthew 21:46
Luke 24:19
John 4:19
John 6:14
Now the Greek word for "Prophet" is ------> Prophetes( Profetev) which means " one who moved by the spirit of God and hence his spokesman..
The "disciples" on the otherhand are called " Apostolov" " ap-os'-tol-os" in Greek which means " a delegate, messenger, one sent forth with orders"
CONCLUSION:
The difference in the way Jesus was addressed compared to the manner that his disciples were addressed is further proof that Jesus was indeed a Prophet ,and NOT God ..
