There are many covenants in the Bible, the Abrahamic Covenant, Davidic Covenant, the Covenant of the Law (Old Covenant), the New Covenant and the covenant God made with Phinehas.
Numbers 25:10-13
10 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 11 "Phinehas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned away My wrath from the sons of Israel, in that he was jealous with My jealousy among them, so that I did not destroy the sons of Israel in My jealousy. 12 Therefore say, 'Behold, I give him My covenant of peace; 13 and it shall be for him and his descendants after him, a covenant of a perpetual priesthood, because he was jealous for his God, and made atonement for the sons of Israel.' " NAS
The New Covenant did not abolish God's covenant with Phinehas' descendants.
Jeremiah 33:19-21
19 And the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying, 20 "Thus says the LORD, 'If you can break My covenant for the day, and My covenant for the night, so that day and night will not be at their appointed time, 21 then My covenant may also be broken with David My servant that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne, and with the Levitical priests, My ministers.
NAS
Although men break covenants, God does not, therefore your rhetoric is an attempt to label God a covenant breaker.
Also unless Daniel is a false prophet and unless Jesus was wrong and since Titus did not "desolate" the Temple with an "abomination", the abomination of desolation is a future event.
