To add a bit to Aineo's excellent post (by the way, Aineo, your link to Bible verses at the bottom of your post seems to be broken..) --
What we are forbidden to judge is a man's eternal destiny. Only God knows the condition of a man's heart. We may not try to play God with others.
On the other hand, it is completely biblical and necessary to judge the actions of others. That is why we have the Ten Commandment, the laws of every nation and culture, and the admonitions found in the New Testament. Homosexual behavior is listed in Romans 1 as being the result of suppressing the truth one knows and preferring wicked behavior as well as refusing the worship of God. The homosexual is participating in behavior that is explicitly condemned.
Everyone is born with inclinations which are wrong. God Himself indicates this when He is talking to Noah in Genesis 8:21. If a child is born with a quick temper, one of the jobs of the parents is to help that child learn to control his or her temper. If the parents don't do the job, the kid must learn to control himself or face serious trouble. Homosexuality, if there is ANY genetic base to it, is the same. If there is any 'born in' inclination, it is something that must be controlled in favor of a life honoring God. Does the angry person who turns to God find his anger supernaturally changed and controlled? From what I understand, the answer is yes. Will the homosexual who turns to God find that desire supernaturally changed and controlled? I have several friends who are ex-homosexuals and their answer to me has been 'yes.' Two are happily married and parents now (not to each other -- one is east coast and the other west coast). My west coast friend I knew both before and after the change and there is no way I can communicate the difference: he went from a confused person constantly seeking therapy and gay support to an open, joyful man of God.
It hurts to know that some people who have this problem as well as health problems cannot get help from their families, but I do know God will always have someone for those who prefer His way and obey Him in love. He doesn't leave us on our own, and He knows exactly what each of us needs.
