I like to add that Muslims will associate Americans as Christians and Christians (at times) will associate Arabs with Islam. Both Islam and Christianity have it's corrupted group of people. The big difference here is the two books....The Bible and the Qur'an. A Christian is not a Christian if he does not follow the book, vice versa for Muslims. So if a Christians do horrofic acts, then he is not a devout Christian follower. If a Muslim do horrific acts, then they are considered a devout Muslim.
If American do inhumane acts, then blame America and not the Bible. If Arabs do unhumane acts, the chances are is that it is acceptable according to the Qur'an.
This has been refuted, debated many times and it all boils down to what book teaches what. Debating this issue is senseless because the first and foremost debate should be discussed is what the Qur'an says about the Bible. The Chrisitian v.s. Muslim debate #1 is just the place to bring forth your claim that the Bible is corrupted. The problem is that you can't prove it according to the Qur'an.
If a Muslim wants to come and slap me, let him for I will glady turn the other cheek so that he may strike it for I will follow what my Lord has taught me.
My days on earth is not my reward but a trial to follow the ways of Christ. If I stumble, I get up. If I flourish, I give all that is mine for all things are created by God and nothing belongs to me. If my enemies persecutes me, I will pray for them. If I die at the hands of my enemies, I will surely have life (eternally). The judgement belongs to God and I have no right to supercede the teachings of my Lord, Jesus Christ.
A devout Christian and a devout Muslims....A HUGE DIFFERENCE!
