reject not faith wrote:One of the most popular attacks that I read from Christians on the Quran is the talk of it containing myths and its origination from it and how it contains Persian idols or some stuff like that. Every time i quote something from the Holy Bible I quote the whole thing, but you guys do not do that. For example one you guys quotes this surah "Have ye seen Lat and Uzza, and another The Third goddes Manat" and then you stopped there. Then you wrote a whole page worth of claiming that the quran is from persian myths and that it encourages the worship of the idol. Let us read on from that surah shall we, "Behold such would be indeed a division most unfair. These are nothing but names which ye have devised-ye and your father for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatever) they follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire! Even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord!" As you Christians say after quoting your Bible "I rest my case." So please be fair in that respect for I would not ever dare to show such disrespect for the Holy Bible, because it contains truth (most of it anyway) from God. Oh and stop with the Persian myth thing. It is really getting old. You would think that if we did borrow form Persian myths that Islam would be the second religion to Christanity. If thats so might as well bring back Zeus and HErcules. Some of the stuff you guys put up sometimes have no ground whatsoever, and do as your Bible proclaims which is to investigate all manners before entering them.
May peace be unto to you my friends
The reasons why most Christians post things on the moon god, etc, is because Muslims are claiming Christianity is pagan. It is Christianity that is on the defense. Let's not forget which religion was first. It is Islam who is always offensive to Christianity because it came after Christianity and has to prove that Christianity is false. Therefore, it is fair for Christians to use the same strategies Muslims use against Christians.
