The University of Colorado, the University of Utah, the University of California, and etc. are all owned and operated by state governments and are therefore public not private.

When you appeal to dates derived by formulae that define "c" as a constant you own them, which makes them yours. This comment is only partially true:
Before 1941 we measured speed as distance over time = average speed. And we still do with stuff.
From the time of Aristotle until the 17th century scientist taught light speed is infinite. Since the 17th century experiments have shown that light speed has been decaying or slowing, an observed phenomena that is not used in forumlae that require "c" be a constant in order for theories to work mathematically and this includes those formulae used to calculate dates that support evolutionary theory.
Which brings me to your graphic, which is based on assumptions and speculation based on what men who have used the courts to force teaching what some scientists want to believe.
Answer 1: Neither. Evolution is a THEORY,
one which is VERY WELL-SUPPORTED BY THE FACTS.
Other theories have not been found to be as well-supported.

Answer 2:
Evolution is a theory. The theory of evolution is a very delicate
subject with many pros and cons. Your belief/disbelief in evolution
can be decided upon by rigorous research of both the good points and the
bad points. I attended a Jesuit (Roman Catholic) institution where the
theory of evolution was not taught. It is up to you to decide whether
or not the facts are adequately supported.

Answer 3:
The two pervious answers are correct if you are talking about the
evolution of living things based upon fossils. However,
evolution is fact in that we can demonstrate evolution with
bacteria and other organisms.

Science has neither observed nor shown by experimentation that apes and man evolved as per your graphic, which does not correctly depict the theory of evolution. And your simple denial that high school teachers as well as college and university professors teach evolutionary biology is a fact does not make your statement true.
Other than speculation there is absolutely no empirical scientific evidence that apes and man evolved from a common ancestor and if the decay in light speed is taken into account the time necessary for evolution to be a viable theory melts like snow on a warm day.
