Omega:
If Jesus was God then why did he constantly say that all things are done THROUGH him by the father?
Alpha:
Why isn't the trinity, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit mentioned AT ALL in the Old Testament?
Seem to me if they were THAT important, Moses would have mentioned them in his laws.
Carol-au:
Alpha, myself in other forums and others have explained that we are not talking here of three separate gods.. we ALL agree that we worship ONE God. We have tried to explain that the ONE God according to Christians, is Father, Son and Holy Spirit.. not three separate persons, but one God, expressed in three ways.
Yes, yes, yes but how can they be 3 different "expressions" when you have 2 of them talking TO and ABOUT eachother!!
. He seems to favour the title SON of MAN over SON of GOD, and herein lies the dilemma for most Muslims trying to understand our faith.
And anothe dilemon for THIS Muslim is why he refers to the Son of Man as if he's ANOTHER PERSON OTHER THAN HIMSELF if he's really the Son of Man.
However, herein lies the major problem.. since when do any of us, Muslim, Christian, or Jew, choose the rational over faith? Revelation for all of us, takes precedence over rational thinking.
Speak for ya self sista 8)
Might be a major problem for SOME, but I LEFT Christianity because too many people wanted me to accept irrational logic and beliefs.
Muhammed was told he had to surrender to God's revelation, even if contradicted human expectations. ( I have some rather interesting discussions from Muslim papers on this verse, so please, if you are interested, we can discuss it furthur)
Are those Muslim paper KORAN (words of Allah) or HADITH (narrations of men)?
There's a difference.
What's wrong with you posting all that stuff up there and you KNOW Muslims never have and never will accept Jesus as the son of God.
Why don't you come on back to Islam and I'll fix you a nice hot cup of coco and marshmellows !
OMYA:
Those are some pretty lively contradictions you threw on the chart.
I ought to be bold and show you my BOOK of biblical contradictions I've collected through out the years!
I'm almost afraid they'll take me off the board if I make Christianity look TOO bad.
