Loads of prophets are called sons of God not only Jesus. Moreover, non-prophets are also referred to as sons of the Father. The Son does not have the same characteristics of the Father. God is unseen. God does not have human needs like thirst and hunger so please do not say Jesus has the same characteristics as God.. "why do you call me good.. God alone is good" (Bible) and "there is none like him" (Qur'an). The triune God has not been known since Adam the first prophet. The idea of the trinity is less than 2000 years. Why God would send prophets and teach the oneness of God for years .. why God would decide to take human form and still teach the oneness of God .. and why God would teach a man called Paul all about his alleged triune nature.. an idea that has never been revealed before to any prophets including Jesus Christ is beyond me.
Jesus is refered to as God in the flesh. If you see Jesus, that means you see the Father, this is something Jesus said Himself. He is the mediator between God and man. It is obvious that Jesus is different from other prophets. How can Muslims say Jesus is the Messiah, when they don't believe He died for our sins? A Messiah is someone who saves!
