When I say "secondary issues" I'm talking about things like eschatology(the end times), if Jesus went to hell or not, if the theif went to heaven, the life of king Bla Bla. These are important, but secondary. When you come to the commandments of God which tell you not to perform the sins you mentioned in your post, those should be right in front on your list of priorities. Christians do not divide over those sins you posted. In fact all Born Again Christians(that sounds redundant, but I have to state that some people say they are Christians but are not Born Again) agree that those are sins. What we do divide on however, are things like the rapture, etc. |
