Aineo,
You are right. I cannot refute what you posted (at least to your satisfaction) any more than Christ could refute the unbelief of the Pharisees or Paul the unbelief of the Judaizers.
We disagree. Period. That the Spirit of God did enter into the flesh of a human embryo, grow into a child and then into a man, and sacrifice Himself for my sins – that's pretty unbelievable. But it is my hope for the present and my confidence for the future.
Matthew 11 (NIV)
27"All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him."
I Corinthians 2 (NIV)
13This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. 14The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment:
16"For who has known the mind of the Lord
that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.
God bless,
