To be blunt and end the matter because it is not an issue pertaining to life.
1. The Y-chromosome theory is full of flaws.
2. Even if it was a fact, it doesn't link them to anyone. Who is the person that this chromosome came from? One can only assume. But it is not a fact that these are Israelites. It could only be used to show that they have similarities with other people, which does not exclude any nation.
3. Any person who believes scripture knows that all men came from the middle east. So what does it really prove to say they came from the middle east. What people have not? Did we not all come from Noah. Were they not in what is now called the middle east?
4. Your comment on the gay gene theory only shows that DNA evidence is debateable, like most theories of science, and not factual. And that you only accept what suits your purposes.
Regarding your last statement, if that was the case, I wouldn't have wasted my time reading the evidence you presented and looking at other genetic studies, theories, and commentaries. Think whatever you wish about me. It is not the first time someone presumed to know something. I will still look at the links you posted, but most likely will not reply again because this is not an issue that pertains to life. If you wish to think they are Israelites, that's your business.
Love Always,
