Heterosexuality Discussion ForumHelp me, pleaseDidn't know that. Of course, if they're "split", without knowing too much about why, I'd sort of guess that there's such a range that it's not pinpointable... kind of like puberty. The current "normal range" is listed as what, 9-17? Frighteningly enough, nine is far more the norm than is 17 (though I'm not sure 17 was ever really common). I suppose it depends on what you mean by that. I don't know what end-result you're looking for in sexual activity (meaning, what they get out of it, I suppose... or how they feel afterwards..), so I can't really argue one way or another. You're implying that because of their lack of maturity, Y happens, but I don't know what Y is. My point was that sex is primal... it's one of (if not the) most basic animalistic instincts. #1: survive. #2: Reproduce. You can't always override it with logic or reason, or "emotional maturity". What it boils down to, I guess, is will power, or motivation, or something. That's true, oral sex definitely does transfer STDs. For whatever reason, though, a lot of people seem to think it can be transferred through saliva, which while technically true, would never happen, unless perhaps you drank nothing but AIDS infected saliva. Even more importantly though, is knowing your partner's history and what they (do or don't) have. AIDS doesn't appear out of nowhere... so two sixteen-year-olds with no STDs won't give it to one another Lol... I was just kidding of course, but I was also generalizing, as was the "death and taxes"... taxes don't apply to everyone or everything... including those in non-taxed countries/areas, medieval times, etc. But that's really neither here nor there.. |
