ArchivedHell?First, I would like to say that if someone claims to be a Christian , but wants to get a divorce because the relationship got boring, you cannot really consider them Christians. But the bible allows a divorce on certain circumstances such as adultery, fornication, or if the unbelieveer wants to leave the believer. You cannot say the same for homosexuality. Nowhere in the bible does it give homosexuality some justification. Your question should be what is the percentage of Christians who got a divorce biblically. Because you are allowed to get a divorce. The thing is, most UNbelievers in this country we call America, get a divorce because the relationship is boring. They get the feeling of butterflies in their tummy, and how they are in love, then the marriage don't even last 2 years because that "feeling" goes away. Love is not a feeling, but a committment. Look at hollywood for crying out loud. That's what this society is following. |
