You don't like repeating yourself and accuse us of not reading your posts while you are guilty of the same thing. You refuse to actually address Scriptures we post as well as the historical basis for what we believe by appealing to manmade doctrines and how Greeks interpret a few verses found in non-canonical books.
What is interesting and a bit hypocritical about your posts is you appeal to one of Christ's parables to try to establish the Biblical basis for purgatory and then dismiss another of His parables that shows the righteous are not purged after death. Lazarus was not being purged in Abraham's bosom, he was being comforted for living a righteous life. It was the rich man who was in torment in Sheol and according to Peter they still are in torment. Sheol and Hades are the abode of those destined for final judgement to the lake of fire.
As to your comment about Judaism evolving over time, this is true since Judaism as a defined faith came with Moses and the Law. Prior to this historical event the Hebrews multiplying as a nation, first as slaves and then as the owners and occupants of Canaan, the land God promised to Abraham's descendants.
If you want to appeal to a false religion that has a lot of what is found in Judaism and Christianity then Akhenaton is a better candidate than Zoroaster. The belief in an after life predates all organized monotheistic religions.
