Its not so much a statement of admiting a unborn is a liveing bieng thats already quite well known by everyone.
The differance is causeing harm to a known pregnant women which results in the death of a wanted infant.
In other words an abortion done without the womans consent which is an has always been a crime in the medical community.
However the law did not extend to protect unborn children agasint domestic violence.
It will simply change a law stateing that if someone causes harm to a pregnant women that they know to be pregnant or is obviously pregnant then they can be held liable not only for the mothers death but also the infants since the mother did not consent to an abortion.
It all boils down to the differance between what happens to a unwanted fetus and a fetus that is wanted thats always been the case as far as abortion goes they are either wanted or not wanted.
The mother either signs papers that consent to a abortion.
Or she dosnt sign papers consenting to abortion..its when papers arnt signed that it becomes a crime.
