ArchivedMy Recent response to and unkown Author.AnweringIslam team , complete poops! Second contention that Muhammed i not from the Bani Israel, ofcourse he is not, but father of the Arab nation was from Bani Israel, and Muhammed (pbuh) is the Grandson (not literally) of Ishmael. Let me give you a example, from the recent events of history. MUslims of India wanted a independant country where they could pracctice freely their religion without the interference of Hindu's under whom the Muslims where restricted to practice their religion. Partician took place and Muslims got Pakistan. NOw people call them selves Pakistanis, but not has indians. Pakistanis are indians blood tie with the Indians weather they like it or not, applying a different label does not mean that you can deny the reality, and the reality for Ishmael is that he is blood-Israel and the label Arab that has been given to him does not mean a thing. De 23:7 thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian; because thou wast a stranger in his land. And we are told in the book of Numbers Chapter twenty verse Fourteen that Moses sent messenger to a king in Edom reffering to himself has brother of the king of Edom: "Thus saith thy brother Israel"(Moses) saying that I am your brother Israel, meaning you are a son of Ishmael, and I am son of Isaac and we are brothers. He remminds him of the calamities that had befallen him and his people, and asking him that grant him the permission to go though his kingdom to the bani Israel can reach their destination. It has been proven that the Bani Ishmael are the are part of Bani Israel. Never they where singled out from the rest of the tribes of Israel, they where included in the tribe of Israel, even Moses reffers to them has brother. Now to the refutation section of the paper by answeringislam. I will analyze the meaning of the word "Brethren" and how it is used in the Bible under different meanings, and then we will analyze the context of verse Deut 18:18. The Hebrew word "Ach" (brother) pronounced "awkh" (Arabic: "Awkhi") can have various meanings: Mr Gilchrist has already conceeded that: " From the ABove meaning if we read the entire passage of th Deut 18:18 we can still establish that the Ishmaels children are included.
Jesus was not from the Tribe of Israel, therefore he can not be the brethren of the bani Israel (including Ishmaels decendants). Conclution the only person who fullfilled the prophesy of 18:18 is Muhammed (pbuh). And this prophecy in no way can be app;lied to Jesus, or it is fullfilled by Jesus, simply he fails the very basic criteria from being bani Israel, nor any part of the prophecy can be convincingly applied to Jesus. The evidence given clearly proves that there is only one candidate who is strong in his claim of "prophet like Moses" is Muhammed (pbuh), and there is no one else that fulfills this prophecy, if Muhammed (pbuh) didnt fullfil it (but it has been prove that he did), Jesus cant claim to fullfill this prophecy if he waits two thousand year more. The context of the chapter 18 chages five times from verse one till it reaches to verse 18, the only context that is worthy of consideration is from verse 15-22, and has a result we can get a open interpation of these verses. PRove that Jesus can not be the prophet intended by this prophecy, its Muhammed (pbuh). May Allah guide you to the truth. Ali |
