Now, here we must get into semantics. What is intelligence? Is it some ethereal, unexplainable occurrence that is limited to the minds of god and man (as you might believe)? Or is it something more scientific?
Your ability to think and reason originates from the way neural pathways "fire". Your brain is an electrically charged mass of neurons that fire in sequence to produce thoughts, ideas, memories - reflections of intelligence. So, in essence, intelligence is derived from an energetic source. Food feeds your brain, heat and light feed your food, atomic reactions are the source of the heat and light, nucleic particles fuel the atomic reactions. It's all connected.
All energy is connected. You cannot escape it. It is therefore logical to conclude that all of the intelligence of the human race (and then some) is bound in that Source of all energy from which the universe originated. That Source is, in fact, infinitely intelligent (as are we humans, as limited as we may currently be).
