Apologetics Forum: Ask questions about Christianity/Debate doctrinesOSAS viewsAineo, you keep asking for Biblical proof that the disciples of John 6:66 and others were never saved, can you give Biblical proof they were? The burden of proof does not lie on me, Aineo, because everyone starts out unsaved. The burden of proof lies on you to show that there is Scripture proving that these disciples became saved at some point in their lives. Does it matter? They received the word, and they knew He was the Messiah. So what that they were mistaken in what they believed Messiah's mission was. I have not ignored the issue; you have ignored my response to the issue. Scripture does state that this will happen, however, it does not state that it will happen "to those who are saved." Fair enough. I just wanted to make a reply in this thread, since you brought up, in another thread, the fact that no one had replied in this thread, and you seemed to think that no one replying to this thread somehow justified your position, and proved that OSAS is wrong. |
