Science, Creation & EvolutionNon young creation astronomy failedIt seems that you find an article published on a fashion and entertainment site as qualified to discuss science. However, it is unfortunate you did not read the whole article: Now since the existence of dark matter or the lack thereof seems to be a discussion found in physics not astronomy you have again appealed to a topic that has absolutely nothing to do with this thread. There are two major fields of physics, relativity and quantum mechanics and so far the two cannot be reconciled. So basically you are debating something that has yet to be proven or disproved. Do the majority of physicists believe in "dark matter", theoretically yes since this theory is the best fit to what is observed. But then the majority of physicists accept c (the speed of light) has been constant throughout the history of the universe, which is also being questioned by some (a minority) of physicists as explained on Barry Setterfield’s site. Tell me Christianonnet what do you expect to accomplish by questioning theories that are being used by scientists attempting to explain our universe, especially since none of this research establishes an old or young earth? |
