We are muslims not Christians. We dont love those who intend to kill us and our families. We may pardon them, for this is the best, but we are command to fight back until there is no more persecution whereas peace has been established then we can we can over look and forgive.
Loki wrote:acctually that are loans (not charity), that put country in deficit... When the US helped freeing Europe from the Axis occupation, Europe was layed to waste by the war... poverty was making Europe a barren land. Yet the US (who obviously gained money with that, but who cares it was in return for million of lives!) lended Europe money... and we payed it back in return (or still is doing so)
Whereas Europe is still indebt to them with interest on top of it.
Loki wrote:In a similar way, loans are given too smaller countries (who we know can't give it back in the short term) yet many countries who became in trouble with these loans have been pardoned by their debtors. The first 'lending' is common bussiness of every country, pardoning a debt is a very christian value.
Politcally speaking if a country is indebt to you it is no longer independent, it now can be controlled by its debtor. Its a chess game.
Loki wrote:Charity's isn't something in wich you expect something in return from... The US gives 56% of all the food import to it's mortal enemy North Korea, it donated millions of money too the Tsunami disaster (poor countries who have no economical value and live on tourism)
I dont know about the 56% , but yes they did send aid along side with a whole bunch of Christian missionaries with hope of converting them. Personally me I would speak out against them taking anything from a non-muslim country.
Also Saudi did send them aid to them with billions of dollars also muslims from ALL OVER THE WORLD donated to the cause.

Saudi donated 67.4 million at one time plus, which does not include the billions of other dollars sent to them from muslims from accross the world. You percentage posted to us is an exageration from whom ever you got it from.

And guess what,
THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY IT BACK !
Loki wrote:it even helped Iraq with medicin and the food for oil program when Saddam was in power (and wich Saddam and the UN severly messed up).
Which is now indept to the US. How will they pay it back ? The Oil. Bingo they got what they wanted.
Loki wrote:Belgium who is passionatly active in Congo in trying to build a democratic state their, was given by the US (when Bush was on visit) millions out of the US budget to support the Congoloze cause merely by asking.
Of course with strings attached.
Loki wrote:They even gave help to Iran when that massive Earthquake hitteth them in 2003. And these are the things i only remember from the top of my head, if i do the research about all the countries US would give charity too, you'd be amazed...
Hmm. What better way to control your enemy or to make them incline to your side.
Loki wrote:Then again, they do not need to brag about it.
They always do when the dog bites the masters hand.
As for your quotes of the bible you posted I will refrain from responding to them with respect cause it is your belief and interpretation of the Messiah
peace be upon him
Now as to what the US actually gave
out of its own pocket let see what western Christians say:
Rising to this challenge is at the heart of global leadership, and the world is depending on us. The U.S. government can lead billions of dollars of aid into this relief effort, if it chooses. Americans are generous and ready to step forward, but the U.S. Congress and the Bush administration have made a weak initial contribution to the effort -- first offering $15 million and then $35 million when they came under pressure. Clearly, we can do more.

President Bush and our government responded both graciously and in violation of our U.S. Constitution with an initial pledge of $35 million, as well as deploying an aircraft carrier to the disaster region. Then came the "stingy" comment, typical of the United Nation's lack of appreciation and general attitude toward America. But that is to be expected from a body whose greatest accomplishment will be the day when it disbands. However, that is a different column for a different time. Still, the United Nations must know what they are doing - its jab at the United States resulted in an increase in funding to $350 million, with the possibility of more to come in the future.

Seems the US didnt want to give more until they were criticized. Of course there is no benefit in Tsunami for them no oil no nothing. Calculating all the money they willingly and unwilling gave does not come near 56% your quoted compared to the over all BILLIONS of dollar the Saudies and the whole muslim world donated.
We think you need to recap on your figure.
