ArchivedMark of the beast 666, implant chip-barcodes ???I am sorry about what happened to your grandmother Naaji. But I'm sure everyone thinks God leads them to a path. I've gone through coincidental situations also. But you can't always rely on those feelings to prove that your religion is true. Sometimes maybe God can be testing your faith, you never know. The bible says even if a man has a dream and he thinks it was God, it might not even be God. That is why we are suppose to test the coincidental feelings we get in light of scripture and not rely on our own understanding. And God's scripture says that Jesus was suppose to AND did die on the cross. How do we know Islam is not true? Because it contradicts that. Also the Qu'ran says Mohammed will be the SEAL/LAST prophet, while the bible says there will be two prophets that will come in the final 7 years of the earth. One of us is lying. I am not going to believe something that has less evidence of being true when compared to the bible. There is archeological and maniscript evidence for the bible. There is evidence for the bible that the Qu'ran does not even have. Also, the bible came before the Qu'ran and established itself as God's word. Whatever comes second and contradicts God's word, is not God's word. Finally, one of the last verses of the bible says that no one should add or take away from the things said in it(Rev 22:18-19). And bad things will happen to the person who does such a thing. This shows you that God's word is finished and there will be no other books after revelation. Revelation is the final saying of God until Jesus returns. About 500 years later, you have a prophet named Mohammed doing something the bibles says not to do. So again, do not ALWAYS rely on coincedental happenings, for God is testing you, and I hope you will see this one day. |
