Not necessarily since anyone seated to the right of the king is a person being honored. No person sits in the presence of a monarch without first being invited to do so and the fact the person is seated to his right only demonstrates that person is being honored.
In human terms the wife of a reigning king is usually called "queen". However, Solomon had 300 wives so that would make all of those women queens.
Mary is not the queen of heaven and neither is any other woman.
