Christian/Muslim ThreadsThe Quran and Questions About Christianitythese are personal my good friend, and giving information may not be personal to you, but it's sure usefull for the debate. the only 'crap' i copy pasted where hadith verses. then why do you ask questions about verses in the bible? if we can't use the bible? then don't ask questions about a forest if you can't use the word tree in it. acctually no, these are researched and compiled myself, i doubt you'll find this on any site, the way i wrote these down. acctually they come from a thread wich i made a long time ago, not from any site, but thanks for prejuicing my integrity... here it is: http://www.jesus-christ-forums.com/home/viewtopic.php?t=5291 neither are they taken out of context, i'll give you a challenge, if it is so, if you can rebute this ONE contradiction, it will be as if you rebuted them all Wich ONLY answer did they give? - "Drive them out of your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!" [7], [27] - "Bring us the Wrath of Allah if thou tellest the truth." [29]
you asked wich verses you don't like in the quran, the blasphemy against christianity are parts of that... what's wrong of me being honest to your questions? if i weren't, it would be dissrespectfull wouldn't it please do give the details, post them on that thread if you like... next aren't the hadiths a part of islam either? or are you one of those muslims who thinks all hadiths belong in the trash bin, if not, then you wouldn't have a problem with me quoting them. but the topic is called "questions about christianity" plus i provided you the thread (made by me) wich contain tons of verses from the quran, and wich no muslim has been able to refute so far. http://www.jesus-christ-forums.com/home/viewtopic.php?t=5302 surely you don't want me to copy paste that long list from that thread do you? oh sorry about that, i missread the question... in that regard i can say that the people believed in the trinity as much as they believed that a man named Jesus would be the son of God... it's impossible for them to believe what hasn't been revealed to them yet. i still don't know wich verses you mean, i can't discuss verses wich i don't know. i will, but i will have to use the bible for that, i hope you don't mind that 1) Prophecies must come true: "If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him." Deuteronomy 18:22 2) The Prophet must have good fruits: "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits... Every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit." Matthew 7:15-17 3) Prophets may not add unto the book of revelations (yet this goes for all revelations of course) "....If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book." -- Revelation 22:18-19 4) Prophethood must be clear and not deceiving "...false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect -- if that were possible. See, I have told you ahead of time" --Matthew 24:24-25 plus i don't see the use for these quotes (excluding the NT verses, who are about people who proclaim authority on behalf of being holy spirit guided, but aren't) the last prophet of the old covenant was John The Baptist... after that all prophets as intermediaries between God and man seized... excluding the possibitly of Muhammed or Joseph Smith being one. Ever since the holy spirit went out, God dwelled IN us, instead of AMONG us. |
