Open letter from the God of their fathers to the whole people of Israel.
The Promise unto Abraham:
If you are an Israelite , anywhere you dwell, please pay much attention at these words which come from the Everlasting Father, the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses ; and yours too, whether you are looking for your Salvation according to the Promise which God did to Abraham.
But now, what is the Promise and where can we to search out about it ?. Mainly we can find all explanations in the Books written by Moses (called Genesis ; Exodus ; Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy) as well as in the Books written by Isaiah ; Jeremiah ; Malachi, among other prophets ; and both in the Books of Psalms and Proverbs.
For this is the word of the Promise ; “At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son” (Genesis 18 :10). But God had said to Abraham before : “Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not their’s, and shall serve them, and they shall afflict them four hundred years. And also the nation, whom they shall serve ; will I Judge ; and afterward shall they come out with a great substance (Genesis 15 :13-14). “And God visited to Sarah as He had said, and she conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him, and Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, Isaac (Genesis 21 :1-3). But before this, Abraham had other son, named Ishmael, which bare him an Sarah’s handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar (see Genesis 16 :1-16). “And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking. Wherefore she said to Abraham, cast out this bondwoman and her son : for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac” (Genesis 21 :9-10 ; Galatians 4 :30).
“Therefore, he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh ; but he of the freewoman was by the Promise. Which things are an allegory : for these are the two covenants, the one from the mount Sinai which leads to bondage, which is Hagar. For this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is Free ; which is the mother of us all” (Galatians 4:23-26). “For it is written, Sing, O barren ; thou that didst not bear, break forth into singing and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child : for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the Lord” (see Isaiah 54 :1 ; Galatians 4 :27).
The Faith of Abraham:
When Abraham received the Promise from God, he Believed God, and it was accounted to him for Righteousness (see Genesis 15 :6 ; Galatians 3 :6) ; because Abraham didn’t consider to be and old man well stricken in years neither Sarah’s barren womb nor her old age ; but he put his whole Faith to the Word of God. Likewise if you are of Faith as Abraham is, you’ll soon receive the Promise of the Holy Spirit through Faith in Jesus Christ. But you may tell us : Why should I believe to Jesus Christ ? ; is there any relationship between the Promise of the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ ? (see John 8 :31-58 ; Psalm 2 :1-12 ; Zephaniah 3 :20 ; Luke 11 :27-32).
Prophecy about the Messiah:
On this wise, God said to Isaiah when Ahaz didn’t want to ask God a sign : “Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel” (Isaiah 7.14). Moreover : “For unto us a child is born, a Son is given, and the Government shall be upon his shoulder ; and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father ; the Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his Government and Peace shall be no end, upon the Throne of David, and upon his Kingdom, to order it, and to stablish it with Judgment and with Justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord Hosts will perform this” (Isaiah 9 :6-7), wherefore God said through Jeremiah : “Alas ! for that day is great, so that none is like it ; it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it. for it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of Hosts, that I will break his yoke from of thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him : But they shall serve the Lord their God and David their King, whom I will raise up unto them. Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord ; neither be dismayed, O Israel : for lo, I will Save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity, and Jacob shall return, and shall be in Rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid” (Jeremiah 30 :7-10 ; see also Jeremiah 30 :1-24).
The Salvation of the Remnant of Israel:
“For there shall be a day that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry. Arise Ye, and let go up to Zion unto the Lord our God. For thus saith the Lord : Sing with Gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations ; publick Ye, praise Ye, and say, O Lord Save Thy People, the Remnant of Israel” (Jeremiah 31 :6-7 ; see also Romans 11 :1-5 ; Romans 9 :25-33).
The Messiah and the Remnant:
“Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel : I will gather the Remnant of my Flock out of all the countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds, and they shall be fruitful and increase. And I will set up One Shepherd over them which shall feed them ; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. Behold the days come, saith the Lord that I will raise unto David a Righteouss Branch, and a King shall Reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and Justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be Saved, and Israel shall dwell Safely : and this is the name whereby He shall be called : JE - HO - VAH OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS” (Jeremiah 23.3-6). Again, “In those days, and at that time, will I cause The Branch of Righteousness to grow up unto David ; and He shall execute Judgment and Righteousness in the land. In those days shall Judah be Saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell Safely : and this is the name wherewith He shall be called ; JE - HO - VAH OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. For thus saith the Lord : David shall never want a man to sit upon the Throne of the house of Israel” (Jeremiah 33 :15-17 ; see also Jeremiah 33:25-26 and Deuteronomy 30:1-20). But, who is this King which the Lord put upon the Throne of David ? ; is He not Jesus Christ ? ; is He not God Himself into the flesh ?. Moses wrote all that God said him about Jesus Christ : God said to Moses that He shall raise them up a Prophet among their brethren, like unto him, and “He shall put His Words in His mouth ; and He shall speak unto them all that I shall command Him”. And it shall come to pass that whosoever will not hearken unto My Words which He Shall speak in my Name (about Name see Exodus 23 :21 ; Proverbs 30 :4 and Revelation 14 :1) I will require it of him (see Deuteronomy 18 :18-19 ; Deuteronomy 30 :1-20). In Micah’s Book (5 :1-9) we read : “But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall He come forth unto Me that is to be Ruler in Israel ; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. Therefore will He give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth (Remember Isaiah 7 :14). Then the Remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel (see Isaiah 10 :19-25). And He shall stand and feed (see Jeremiah 23 :4) in the strength of the Lord, in the Majesty of the Name of the Lord his God ; and they shall abide ; for now shall He be great unto the end of the earth. And this “man” shall be the Peace (see John 20 :21-23 ; John 14 :27 ; John 16 :33 ; Romans 5 :1 ; Ephesians 2 :14-15 ; Isaiah 9 :6 ; Isaiah 48 :17-22 and Psalms 72 :1-11) when the assyrian shall come into our land ; and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds (the fullness of the God head or the Holy Spirit) and eight principal men (the eight writers of the New Testament which were taught by the Holy Spirit). And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the Sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof : Thus shall He deliver us from the assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders. And the Remnant of Jacob shall be among the gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flock of sheep ; who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver. Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries, and all thine enemies shall be cut off” (see also Psalm 60 :7 and Isaiah 2 :1-3).
The Messiah is JE-HO-VAH Himself (God), the Redentor of Israel:
As we saw formerly (Isaiah 7 :14) the son which brought forth the virgin is called Immanuel, which being interpreted is God with us (see Matthew 1 :23 ; Isaiah 8 :10 ; Isaiah 52 :6 ; Romans 9 :1-5). But when He became into the flesh He is called JESUS, which is Saviour, or better still Yahweh Saves or Yahweh will Save, because He Saves his people from their sins (see Matthew 1 :21 ; Romans 5 :17-21) ; while Christ is the Greek translation of the Title Messiah, which being interpreted is Anointed or Chosen. Insomuch that Jesus Christ is Jehovah or Yahweh Himself into the flesh ; it is to say, The Holy Spirit into a human body (see Colossians 2 :9). “And without controversy great is the mystery of Godliness : God did manifest Himself in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen of angels, Preached unto the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up into Glory” (1 Timothy 3 :16). They which heard Jesus Christ said unto Him : “What shall we do, that we ought work the works of God ?. Jesus answered and said unto them, “This is the work of God, that Ye Believe on Him Whom He hath Sent ... Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that Bread from Heaven, but my Father giveth you the True Bread from Heaven. For the Bread of God is He which cometh down from Heaven, and giveth Life unto the world”... (see John 6 :25-69 ; Matthew 16 :16-17 ; Mark 8:29-30 and Luke 9 :20-21). “Therefore my people shall know my Name, therefore they shall know in that day that IAM He (Yahweh or Jehovah) that doeth speak : behold, It Is I” (Isaiah 52 :6). “And all flesh shall know that I the Lord Am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob” (Isaiah 49 :26). Wherefore, said the Lord, in an acceptable time have I heard Thee and in the Day of Salvation have I helped Thee : And I will preserve Thee, and give Thee for a Covenant of the people, to establish the earth ; to cause to inherit the desolates heritages (Isaiah 49 :8 ; see also 2 Corinthians 6 :2). And He said (the Holy Spirit), it is a light thing that thou shouldest be my Servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob ; and to restore the Preserved of Israel : I will also give Thee for a Light to the gentiles, that thou mayest be my Salvation unto the end of the earth” (Isaiah 49 :6 ; see also Luke 2 :32).
Justified by Faith:
Jehovah gave the Law to Israel through Moses ; “For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the Law, that the man which doeth those things Shall Live By Them. But the Righteousness which is of Faith speakth on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall Ascend into Heaven ? (that is to bring Christ down from above) ; or, Who shall Descend into the Deep ? (that is to bring up Christ again from the dead). But what saith it ?. the Word is Nigh Thee, Even in thy Mouth, and in Thy Heart : that is, the Word of Faith which we preach ; that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and shalt believe in thine heart that God (the Holy Spirit) hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be Saved” (Romans 10 :5-9). “For Christ is the End of the Law for Righteousness to every one that believe on Him. For the Scripture saith, Whosoever Believeth On Him Shall Not Be Ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek ; For the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him” (see Romans 10 :4 and Romans 10 :11-12).
The Blood of the Remission:
Now, almost all things are by the Law purged with blood ; and without shedding of blood there is no remission (there is no forgiveness). For when Moses had spoken every precept (rule) to all the people according to the Law, he took the blood of calves and of Goats, with water and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people. Saying, This is the Blood of the Testament which God hath Enjoined unto You. Whereas the people said, All that Jehovah hath Said Will We Do, and Be Obedient (see Hebrews 9 :19-22 ; Exodus 24 :5-8 ; Leviticus 14 :1-7 ; Exodus 29 :12). Let us think whether the blood of bulls and of Goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh (see Leviticus 16 :14) : How much more shall the Blood of Christ, Who through the Eternal Spirit offered Himself without Spot (fault) to God, purge (cleanse) your conscience (mind) from dead works to serve the Living God ? (see Hebrews 9 :12-14 ; Isaiah 53 :12).
We did see that bloodshed is essential, otherwise there is no remission of sins ; but the Holy Spirit has not blood to shed. On this wise Jehovah took a Human Body ; therefore He is Mediator with His own Blood (see Acts 20 :28) of a New Covenant or Testament, which is Perfect (see Ephesians 1 :3-14 ; Ephesians 2 :11-22 ; Ephesians 3 :1-11 ; Colossians 1 :12-23 ; Colossians 2 :1-19 ; 1 Corinthians 2 :6-13 and 1 Timothy 2 :5-6). Wherefore when He cometh into the world, He saith, Sacrifice and Offering Thou wouldest Not, but a Body hast Thou Prepared Me : In burnt offerings and sacrifices for Sin Thou Hast Had No Pleasure. Then said I. lo, I come (In the Volume of the Book it is Written of Me) To Do Thy Will, O God (see Psalm 40 :6-8 ; Hebrews 10 :5-7). Now, we see that sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings, which are offered by the Law, do not please God nor can take away sins (see 1 Samuel 15 :22 ; Hosea 6 :6) ; but Jesus Christ after He had offered One Sacrifice for sins For Ever, sat down on the Right Hand of God, For by One Offering He hath perfected For Ever them that are sanctified. Whereof the Holy Spirit also is a witness to us ; for after that He had said before : This is my Covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I Will put my LAWS into their Hearts, and in their Minds Will I write them. And their sins and iniquities Will I remember NO MORE (see Hebrews 10 :15-17 ; Jeremiah 31 :34). Now where remission (forgiveness) of these is there is no more offering for sin.
Jesus Christ is the Living and Everlasting High Priest:
Now, brethren, whosoever is called by the Lord have boldness to enter into the Holiest by the blood of Jesus Christ (that is the Blood of Remission). By a New and Living Way which He hath consecrated for us, through the Veil, that is to say, His Flesh ; and having an High Priest over the House of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of Faith, having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our Faith without wavering (for He is Faithful that promised). (see Hebrews 10 :18-23).
Let us meditate now that Jesus Christ entered (went) in once into the Holiest Place (the Heaven) as forerunner, having obtained eternal redemption for us. And He didn’t go in by the blood of the animals offered by the Law, but by His Own Blood ; insomuch that He is made an High Priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. For the high priests according to the Law were weak men which went in, by the blood of animals to the holiest place of the temple built by Solomon, which was a figure for the time then present. But, Who is Melchisedec ?. Let us consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils ; Melchisedec received them and Blessed Abraham that had the Promise. And without all contradiction the less is Blessed of the Better. For Melchisedec being interpreted is King of Righteousness, and also King of Salem or King of Peace. Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life ; BUT MADE LIKE THE Son of God ; abideth a Priest continually (see Revelation 1 :17-18 ; Revelation 2 :8 ; Revelation 22 :13 ; Hebrews 13 :8 ; Isaiah 44 :6 and Isaiah 48 :12). When Melchisedec met Abraham, Levi was not born Yet, whose tribe was consecrated to the priesthood according to the Law.
Change of Priesthood, Change of Law:
If therefore perfection were by the levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the Law) what further need was there that another Priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron ?. for it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Judah ; of which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning priesthood (remember Micah 5 :2). Jesus Christ is made High Priest, not after the Law of carnal commandment, but after the Power of an Endless Life. For He testifieth, Thou Art a Priest For Ever After The Order Of Melchisedec. Again, The Lord Sware And Will Not Repent, Thou Art a Priest For Ever After The Order Of Melchisedec. For Jesus Christ has an Everlasting Life, therefore. He is able to Save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, to make intercession for them (remember 1 Timothy 2 :5-6). On the other hand, the priests made by the Law truly were many, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death, which had to offer up sacrifices daily, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s ; but Jesus Christ being Holy ; Harmless, Undefiled, Separate from sinners, and made Higher than the Heavens, Did This Once when He offered up Himself. Wherefore He is Mediator of a New Testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the First Testament, they which are called might receive the Promise of Eternal Inheritance. For where a Testament is, there must also of necessity be the Death of the Testator. For a Testament is of force after men are dead ; otherwise it is of No Strength at all while the Testator Liveth (see Hebrews 7 :1-28 ; Hebrews 8 :1-13 and Hebrews 9 :1-28).
David announces the Salvation that would bring Jesus Christ:
David being a prophet spake about Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection : “I foresaw the Lord always before my Face, for He is on my right hand, that I should not be moved ; therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was Glad ; moreover also my flesh shall rest in Hope ; because Thou wilt not leave my body in the sepulchre, neither wilt Thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. Thou hast made known to Me the Way Of Life ; Thou shalt make Me full of Joy with Thy Countenance (presence)” (Acts 2 :25-28 ; Psalm 16 :8-11). For David knew that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, He would raise up Christ to sit on his Throne (as we can see into Psalms 89 :3-4 and Psalms 132 :11 ; 2 Samuel 7 :12-16 and 1 Chronicles 17 :1-27). In 1 Chronicles 17 :25-27 ,it is written that God will build unto David an House, and that House shall endure for ever. On that wise spake David of Jesus Christ, that His Body should not be left in the sepulchre neither should see corruption.
Pentecost, The Lord Jesus Christ Founds the Genuine Church:
The day of Pentecost when the Lord Jesus Christ poured out (sent) from Heaven the Holy Spirit of the Promise, founding His Church ; Peter said : “This Jesus hath God Raised up, whereof we all are witnesses (these witnesses were both the apostles and other God’s children). Therefore by the Right Hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the Promise of the Holy Spirit, He hath shed forth this, which Ye now see and hear. For David is not ascended into the heavens ; but he saith himself, The Lord Saith unto My Lord, Sit Thou On My Right Hand, Until I Make Foes Thy Footstool. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God made that Jesus, Whom Ye have hanged on a tree, both Lord and Christ. Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles. Men and brethren, what shall we do ?.
The Conversion and the Baptism in Jesus Christ:
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be Baptized every one of you In The Name of Jesus Christ For The Remission Of Sins, and Ye Shall Receive The Gift Of The Holy Spirit. For the Promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as The Lord our God shall call. Then they that Gladly received his Word were baptized ; and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand persons” (Acts 2 :38-39 and Acts 2 :41). For there is none any other Name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be Saved (see Acts 4 :12). “For as many as of you have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female ; for Ye are all One in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and Heirs according to the Promise” (Galatians 3 :27-29).
The Seed of Abraham and the Holy Spirit of Adoption:
“Now to Abraham and his Seed was the Promise made. He saith not, and to seeds ; as of many ; but as of One, and to thy Seed ; which is Christ (Galatians 3 :16). For the Gift of the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Adoption, whereby we cry, Abba Father. The Spirit itself bearth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God ; and if children, then Heirs ; Heirs of God, and Join - Heirs with Christ ; if so be that we suffer with Him, that we may be also Glorified together. (see Romans 8 :16-17). “And this I say, that the Covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the Law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the Promise of none effect. For if the Inheritance be of the Law, it is no more of Promise ; but God gave it to Abraham by Promise” (Galatians 3 :17-18).
Let you deliberately seek after The Promise and go into the Everlasting Life:
Brethren, The Lord Jesus Christ today says unto his People : Save yourselves from this crooked generation, come out of “Babylon the Great”, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto Heaven, and God hath remember her iniquities. Therefore shall her plagues come in One Day, death, and mourning, and famine, and she shall be UTTERLY BURNED with fire ; for Almighty is the Lord Who Judgeth her ! (see Acts 2 :40 and Revelation 18 :4-8). But the end of all things is at hand ; be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer to be delivered from chastening, which the Lord brings all over the world (see 1 Peter 3 :7). Behold, the Lord’s Day is at the door, it is coming as a thief in the night ; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with FERVENT HEAT, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be BURNED UP (see 2 Peter 3 :10 and Zephaniah 1 :2-3). But the Lord’s Day shall not come until that man of sin be Revealed, the son of perdition. The full assurance for us is as follows : “For when they shall say, peace and safety ; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, and they shall not escape” ( 1 Thessalonians 4 :13-18 ; 1 Thessalonians 5 :1-14 ; 2 Thessalonians 2 :1-12 ; 2 Peter 3:1-18 and Isaiah 66:22-24).
The Lord Jesus Christ, The Living God, today exhorts unto the SPIRITUAL PEOPLE of Israel, whosoever that both has an ear to hear and eyes to see : I have set before you Life and Death, Blessing and Cursing ; therefore Choose the Life, that both thou and thy seed may Live ! (see Deuteronomy 30 :19). Yes, let your Choice be Jesus Christ, who is the Living and Everlasting God (see John 14 :6-7), Who hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world. Having predestinated us unto the Adoption of Children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His Will (see Ephesians 1 :4-5) ; that we should inherit Everlasting Life. Lo Israel ! Be Wise, keep in your mind and in your heart each former Word and you’ll Live.
Let it be the Will of our Lord Jesus Christ, even the Everlasting Father. Whosoever both keep and does His Word Be Blessed of Jesus Christ. Amen and Amen. “Maranatha” (1 Corinthians 16 :22). A-men.
