Amen to that, and it is by His grace that we take up our cross and follow in the Shepherds foot-steps. If a man will not follow Him, he does not abide in Him according to scripture.

To use an adage attributed to Native American's you are speaking with a "forked-tongue". You have taken the position that baptism is required for salvation and then say "amen" to my statement we are saved, justified, and sanctified by God's grace plus nothing.
So which is it are we saved by works for by God's grace?
