Abdurr-
To your question of how God begets, let me answer this simply.
God does not beget flesh, but spirit for He is spirit.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
John 1:12-13
From this we see that God does not beget through blood or flesh, but of Himself (i.e His Holy Spirit)
Hebrews 1:6 - And again, when he bringeth in the first begotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
1 Peter 1:3 - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
1 John 5:18 - We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
You see we are likewise refered to as being begotten of God, if we have been born of His Holy Spirit. God begets us in Spirit, those who keep themselves from evil and does righteousness, is Born/begotten of God. Yahshua being the first.
1 Corinthians 12:12 - For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ
