We both know that you could care less about the explanation of these so-called contradictions. And if I am wrong in my assessment then you need to research them yourself to gain a good understanding of both the context of the verses and the circumstances surrounding them.
One aspect of the Bible you need to understand is God communicates with mankind using terms and concepts we can understand. Repenting of an action requires intent to do something or intent to cease a behavior. So to understand Exodus for example it was to test Moses, not because God actually intended to destroy the Israelites at that moment. In fact He did discipline the Israelites but not by any supernatural event.
A superficial reading of the Bible does not result in understanding what it teaches.
