I am confused as to how Christians can claim to follow the Ten Commandments. As the first 3 Commandments clearly state:
"I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
1."You shall have no other gods before Me."
2."You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in the heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments."
3."You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name."
How can Christians believe Jesus(peace be upon him) is God? (See 2nd Commandment. ) God never was, is not and will never be human or take the form of a human or any other being for that matter. God is God. It very clearly states this.
Who was the God, who brought the Israelites out of Egypt? Jesus(peace be upon him)? Surely not! Moses? Surely not! So, how can Jesus(peace be upon him) be God? Giving Jesus(peace be upon him) the title of God is a clear abommination according to the Ten Commandments, is it not?
