HELLO AINEO
I am on my last legs here, no sleep for two days, so I will do my best, no guarantees though.
What you said is perfectly true, however it seeks more to avoid the issue central to this thread than it does to address it.
We know Adam and Eve disobeyed God, but what exactly was the substance of their disobedience? Did they steal a car and take a joy ride?
Genesis tells us they acquired the knowledge of good and evil, that was their sin, however we are still not much wiser because we still dont know what the knowledge of good and evil actually was, you see what I mean?
So to find the answer to our dilema, we need to identify precisely what the knowedge of good and evil was - that will tell us exactly what they did wrong.
Can you answer that AINEO? If so we would appreciate your focused response, if not, dont worry, no one else can either.
But as I stated originally, there is an answer that does fit and does make perfect sense. However many people dont want to hear it or are unwilling to accept it because it conflicts with their theology or disrupts their comfort zone.
Your response is the traditional one, pretty much, just quote from the bible and leave it at that, but surely you have a mind too, did God not give it to you so you can think and conclude?
So what do you say, have you an answer for us?
God love ya
Kerry
