To Tuppence and God'schild: The analogy of radio waves and some kind of 'divine' waves is a doubtful one at best; You'd expect scientific reports of these 'divine' waves or at least reports of 'how to tune in.' I am personally convinced that there are no 'divine' rays, coming from the heavens, but that religion is something that is formed in that brain of yours, which you claim is not necessary for intelligence.
(In other words: I think religion is something that does not exist outside of the human brain. No signs of religion have been observed in animals or any other life forms. Neither has scientific proof of heaven, hell or even the existence of a soul been published. If I am mistaken, please tell me where to find this 'proof' or 'evidence.')
