Christian/Muslim ThreadsQuestions regarding the Quran and Islam generallyyes it does, “Believers, ask not questions about things which if made plain to you may cause you trouble when the Qur’an is revealed. Some people before you asked questions, and on that account lost their faith.” [5.101] their is a Hadith wich say's Muhammed visited 11 wives at once... Sahih Nuhari- Volume 1, Book 5, Number 268: Narrated Qatada: Anas bin Malik said, "The Prophet used to visit all his wives in a round, during the day and night and they were eleven in number." I asked Anas, "Had the Prophet the strength for it?" Anas replied, "We used to say that the Prophet was given the strength of thirty (men)." And Sa'id said on the authority of Qatada that Anas had told him about nine wives only (not eleven). plus he had more then 15, but 24 Muhammed had 9 wives/woman according to Islam theology, while he cleary stated that only 4 wives are alowed in the submission to God... in fact there are even much more. 24 women! 16 wifes! Khadija, Sawda, Aesha, Omm Salama, Halsa, Zaynab, Jowayriyi, Omm Habiba, Safiya, Maymuna, Fatema, Hend, Asma, Zayneb (of Khozayma), Habla, Asma (of Noman) 2 concubines/slaves!! Mary, Rayhana and 4 devoted followers who gave themselve to Muhammed! Omm Sharik, Maymuna, Zaynab (third one); Khawla. What a libido this man had! If only all muslims could of enjoyed this priviledge of sin that normal muslims are forbidden. Yet they we're most likely heretics, as well was the arabian pensuline infested with heretic sects banished to arabia... [/quote] progressive? so his ethic values in the first line of the book can be outruled by his ethic values in the last lines of the book? Muhammed or Allah isn't really a consistent character... so in order to have some consistency we must apply progressive revelation... where he first says "forgive the christians" must be outruled by "kill the christians" in the later revelation of the book. Cause Allah is making PROGRESS when he reveals such verses later. |
