Pretty much all the christian movies made recently have flat out sucked.
"The Prince of Egypt" aside from creative freedom taken(which I think is not a big deal) has been the best Christian Film in the past few decades, at least that i've seen, and the reason for it is because it was made by real filmakers, and not a buncha preachers with money trying to make a film.... I plan on changing the direction of modern Christian Films, I feel it is a calling and I feel that the current movies such as "The Omega Code" are cheap and are done in an unskillful manner. I plan to approach it as a filmaker making a christian film, not a minister or a television executive trying to make one. Anyways, be looking out for a new film about the crusifixion of Christ. It is being carried out by Mel Gibson (not sure yet if he actually is in it or not). I don't know the name but it will probably be good.
