Science, Creation & EvolutionC.S. Lewis and naturalismOh really? Event A = your finger in a fire Your nerves will transmit this information to place B in your brains. Event C will be, your brains saying ouch! If you put your finger in the fire again, the brain will say ouch again. You can explain it much more difficult if you want, but I don't see why that is necessary with regards to the leaves + wind example. Specific input (your finger in the fire) will give specific output (ouch!) This is exactly where the comparison with the leaves fails, leaves do not get specific input. I do not know what intellect is but I do know that the atoms in the brain are arranged in a way to give specific outputs on specific inputs. |
