ArchivedMight you be able to become homo?I reject homosexuality as a viable alternate lifestyle because I know that the lifestyle is destructive to most (not all) in the gay community. I have never in my life rejected a homosexual for being gay, and I never will. You are spewing more gay propaganda. Have you read the thread 10% Myth? The information on that thread came from gay activist sources not Christian or homophobic sources. I have no desire to change anyones nature and I have not even intimated I do. That is your assumption based on your prejudice against anyone who is interested in truth and not fables promoted by people who have not taken the time to educate themselves. I know more about gay life than you do through personal experiences acquired by living an open, out and proud gay life for decades. I was never discriminated against for being gay. Not by my family or my employers and I worked for the U.S. Government, a Fortune 500 company and a couple of family owned corporations as an accountant; I was the comptroller at my last job. I worked for the people who owned that company for 23 years in two companies they owned. They knew I was gay when they hired me and they saw me go through my change in sexual orientation. I was a gay activist in the early 70's when being an out and open gay man was unheard of. I helped organize Gay Liberation Fronts (that is what we called ourselves in those days) and worked for equal rights for the gay community. If you want understanding for the gay community then push people to educate themselves and stop spreading gay activist lies, like the 10% myth and that religious fanatics are the reason all gay teens suicide, which is an outright lie that even gay activists are not so stupid to claim is true. Visit www.bonusround.com and ask Steve about Bob Stephenson. In my personal life and on Christian message boards I have dedicated my life to educating heterosexuals about the truth of how homosexual desires devleop and then people like you come along and destroy in a few posts years of patient work to build bridges of communication. You are not helping build justice and respect for the gay community you are parroting lies and myths. With few exceptions ex-gays who have gone public are more understanding and working harder to fix what is wrong in the church than explatives like you who think they know it all. Well, you don't know it all and you are not interested in helping the gay community you are only interested in posting hateful rhetoric that is based on myths and not truth. |
