Ptolemy, are you a son of Isreal? Have you studied the Bible? The Torah is to the Jews what the U.S. Constitution is to Americans. After the Gospel was opened to the gentiles Paul and Barnabas attended a church council in Jerusalem whose only purpose was to address the Torah and gentiles. If you have studied the Bible you would have found this:
Acts 15:22-29
22 Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, with the whole church, to choose men from among them to send to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas-- Judas called Barsabbas, and Silas, leading men among the brethren, 23 and they sent this letter by them,
"The apostles and the brethren who are elders, to the brethren in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia who are from the Gentiles, greetings.
24 "Since we have heard that some of our number to whom we gave no instruction have disturbed you with their words, unsettling your souls, 25 it seemed good to us, having become of one mind, to select men to send to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
27 "Therefore we have sent Judas and Silas, who themselves will also report the same things by word of mouth.
28 "For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay upon you no greater burden than these essentials: 29 that you abstain from things sacrificed to idols and from blood and from things strangled and from fornication; if you keep yourselves free from such things, you will do well. Farewell. " NAS
Gentiles are not under the Law, in fact if you have studied Romans Paul makes a strong case for the Jews no longer being under the Law if they have accepted Jesus as their Messiah.
What is fornication as defined by God?
CRIME
Fornication. - Hebrew, zanah = "to commit adultery," especially of the female, and less frequently of mere fornication, seldom of involuntary ravishment; also used figuratively in the sense of idolatry, the Jewish people being regarded as the spouse of Yahweh (2 Chron 21:11; Isa 23:17; Ezek 16:26). Once we find the derivative noun taznuth (Ezek 16:29). In the New Testament, with both the literal and the figurative application, we find porneia, and porneuo (Matt 5:32; 15:19; John 8:41; Acts 15:20; 1 Cor 5:1; 6:13,18; 7:2; 10:8; 2 Cor 12:21; Gal 5:19; Eph 5:3; Col 3:5; 1 Thess 4:3; Rev 2:14,20-21; 9:21; 14:8; 17:2,4). The intensive ekporneuo = "to be utterly unchaste" is found in Jude verse 7. Every form of unchastity is included in the term "fornication."

Appealing to modern psychology and academia is not going to alter one iota of God's truth. Appealing to what you disagree with in the Torah is not going to show that homosexuality is a viable life in God's view. You can debate words until judgment day without changing God's truth or influence God's righteous judgment on the unrighteous.
