Christian/Muslim ThreadsThe False Prophet:The Author of the Quran!Hi Omega.... Dude... do you have anything to back this up with? Hinduism is very old... it outdates all religions on earth... but just because today it resembles polytheism doesnt mean its origin too was/is pagan/plytheistic... Consider this... the mayan people or the incas of N.and S. america... physically they are seperated from the rest of the world. untill columbus discovered a route over the atlantic... but untill columbus... 1500 yrs had already passed since the comming of Jesus... until the comming of columbus, how were these "savages" / "barbarians" (as this was the term used for them) guided to the real God??? Jesus never went to america... his disciples didnt either... So all the people from 33 AD upto 1500 AD ... are they all condemmed to hell coz they didnt believe in Jesus.. who by the way they never heard of before... No my friend... God-people were sent to all locations and races and places and ages and whatever... wouldnt it be unfair on God's part to punish a bunch of people who never heard of Jesus??? or of his sacrifice??? etc???? Hinduism maybe polytheistic now... but a gazzilion years ago??? maybe...maybe not... if it wasnt... i.e. it was a truly guided religion from God... then you have to blame the persons who transmitted it.. .they are the ones who corrupted it... and made it what it is now..... another reason... how about the incas or the mayans?? or even the auzzies??? as for demonic origins of the Quran... well answer this... can the devil do any good? even an atoms worth of good. i say NO. he cant do jack's worth of good... every religion present today has some good in it. showing that it was atleast at some time divine. there are pearls of wisdom in Christianity... it was of divine origin... what happened is not the topic under discussion... waht is being discussed is the Quran. History (altho i am a shia and dont exactly support all sunni hadiths but since invariably every non-muslim is bound to quote them i have to atleast entertain it) states that the Quran was compiled in book form within a few years of the death of the Prophet... history also states that people had memorised the entire Quran ... completely... and there were many who did this... not 1-2... so if Prophet Muhammed was a real God-person and the message he delivered was the real deal... and only a few year had passed between his death and the compilation ... then the book too has to be of divine nature... not only that... if there were discrepencies then there were N number of people who knew the entire book by heart... at least 1 person from these persons would have stood up and said "no way dude... this verse is wrong" but there is no such definate proof... aside from this.. .the oldest Quran existing today dates back to a few years after Prophet Muhammed... and it is the same as what we have in stores... If it was originally of demonic nature... then there wouldnt be any good in it. not one bit. satan loved the 360 idol gods in the Kabaa... he wouldnt preach about the oneness of God... After all isnt satan absolute evil? so saying its demonic in origin doesnt hold much water... in anycase... there is a verse in the Quran which stated that the Quran will be protected by God Himself... Does satan have the power to do this? If satan so all powerful then shouldnt the world be over-run by all the satanists??? and satan worshipers??? No my friend... the Quran is not of demonic nature/origin... there is no proof to support demonic claim... I am sure you heard all this from your friends or read it in a book or on tv or something... try to analyse what people are telling you... dont just accept it coz the boss said so... Peace bro.... PS : Mustafa.... whats the point of a 101 contradictions list??? it breeds more hatered... for every anti-christian contradictin list... there will be 1 anti-muslim list... its all point less... anyways they have all been answered before... and invariably the common answer is "Misunderstanding" peace ya'll Ali |
