Christian/Muslim ThreadsHow do Muslims view the war in Iraq?Peace Lady Fatima, Well, why didn't Hussein let the indpectors into any building they wanted to go in the last 7 or so years of inspections? NO ONE doesn't let people in somewhere if there's something they don't want them to see. The weapons inspections are a JOKE. That is just common sense, so you are gullable. I NEVER said the sanctions were the best move, okay. I NEVER said America is perfect and lily white either. But those sanctions would sure have stopped in Hussein stepped down. You're asking me to predict the future, well I can't We'll see, okay. We'll just see about that. What is real and in the present is the scandal by France, Germany, ad Russia. That is real and tangible. They didn't want Iraq to be invanded because they were making illegal bribes and cutting bad deals with Hussein for oil. THOSE countries are the bad countries that were cheating out the Iraqi people and now won't even send troups or any help. They are the greedy oil-hungry nations. If you want to hate the West, despise them. America is not like them. Again, I never did say my government is perfect and pure, but Bush is an honest man and he sincerely believes he did the right thing. I support him and the war effort. The Shah, who wasn't the nicest guy either, was at least pro-West. But he was deposed and replaced by this nut job excuse for a leader, Khoemeni. Supporting Hussein was purely political I beieve. That's an answer that made no remote sense. I think the oil will be used to pay for the war and repair damages and repair Iraq, but America really isn't this greedy country like France, Germany, and Russia. Okay, if you were President Fatima, how would you have deposed Hussein? But see, not every Iraqi wants to live under a religious dictatorship. Only a small number of radicals want that kind of government. Should we let a few oppress many? Or should we let the people live how they want? Most Iraqis do want a free democratic Iraq. I your opinion, what is the best kind of governmrnt this world can offer? With the advanced precision-guided missles today? I would not believe in such unrealistic numbers. Simply unreal. I want you to admit that Sadr is an evil man and an enemy to Iraq, and that he and his millitia must be soundly defeated. Sadr should be killed. Sadr is only killing and hurting Iraqi Muslims more than American troupes. These car bombs are intended to cause anarchy, they are targeting police stations and stuff. |
