Christian/Muslim ThreadsHow do Muslims view the war in Iraq?Peace Lady Fatima, At least you can vote, in some places people have no say in who's leading their country. Do you find it remotely odd how Hussein wwouldn't let the weapon inspectors in some buildings, and he allowed them into only certain palces . Obviously there was something going on behind the scenes. You can't deny. Hussein brought sanctions on his country, it's interesting how you always try to make AMerica look like the bad guy. You're theory about the oil is the worst BS and is simply unreal. So you are not thinking correctly. I can assure you the Iraqi people are enjoying their new freedoms. It's disgusting how you'd rather still see them under Hussein. He was the lesser of two evils. Is a fascist state closer to Islam than a democracy? If Islam is a faith that will "burn out" in a democracy, then it's quite weak. Which Islamic state do you have in mind? Mind you that no Islamic state has existed after the fall of the Ottoman Empire. The last Christian theocracy died with Constantinople. There WON'T be another true theocracy until the Messiah comes again. It's best to pick the best closest government to the perfect government, right? Democracy isn't going to have the asnwer for every problem but it's the best government this world has come up with. People DIDN'T have a choice to keep Hussein or not. COMMON SENSE!!! Why? Basically I showed you I am pro-life and support a pro-life conservative as president. Are you pro-life? Maybe I didn't understand. Please explain. |
