Read the works of Stephen C. Meyer for your answers about DNA and why your hypothises does not work.
It has been to many years since I took biology but the animal kingdom is broken down by phylum, class, order, species, etc. Dogs are carnivors, which is further broken down by species, etc. Dogs are one classification of carnivores. You do not find any fossil that is transitional from reptiles to mammals. What determines what an animal will become is the information stored in the DNA.
All your examples for the evolution of mankind are just that evolution within an order of mammals. You cannot demonstrate via the fossil record that apes and mankind have a common ancestor. Here again the 98% commonality of the DNA in primates and humans is determinate.
Other than speculation can you demonstrate what you have posted regarding the Cambrian explosion? What the Cambrian explosion demonstrates is that the appearance of most if not all the major phylum did occur suddenly. That is the point there is absolutely no evidence that evolution was the process.
